Key Responsibilities

The Human Resources Officer will support a wide range of HR activities, including:

  • Managing the end-to-end onboarding process for new employees.

  • Supporting periodic HR audits.
  • Preparing reports and documentation related to staff activities.

  • Providing relevant information to support payroll preparation.
  • Supporting the relationship with interim firms.
  • Coordinating HR projects and assisting the wider People team.
  • Supporting employee exits, including exit interviews, offboarding checklists, and HRIS updates.

Requirements for the Human Resources Officer Position
