Operations Manager Job Vacancy in Cameroon

The successful candidate will work with a major Indian engineering and infrastructure company involved in the manufacturing of railway freight wagons, coaches, locomotive shells, and steel castings. The company has secured a contract in Cameroon to manufacture, supply, and maintain open-top freight wagons.

The Operations Manager will be responsible for ensuring that project and operational activities are executed safely, efficiently, and on schedule.

Key Responsibilities

The Operations Manager will:

• Oversee daily wagon maintenance and operational activities at the project site.
• Coordinate with client operational teams to ensure smooth execution of activities and customer satisfaction.
• Monitor wagon availability, breakdowns, and maintenance turnaround times.
• Ensure preventive maintenance is conducted according to schedule.

Operations Manager Job Requirements
