Position Summary
Position: Project Management Intern
Location: Yaoundé, Cameroon
Employment Type: Internship
Reporting To: Executive Director
The successful intern will support programme management, monitoring and evaluation, impact measurement, resource mobilization, and administrative operations. This role provides hands-on exposure to various aspects of nonprofit management and international development.
Key Responsibilities
The selected candidate will:
- Collect, organize, and analyze programme performance data.
- Develop and maintain beneficiary tracking systems and programme databases.
- Document programme success stories, lessons learned, and project outcomes.
- Research grant opportunities from governments, foundations, multilateral organizations, and corporate donors.
- Identify funding competitions, accelerator programmes, fellowships, and innovation challenges.
- Maintain a database of funding opportunities, deadlines, and eligibility requirements.
- Assist in planning workshops, training sessions, and stakeholder meetings.
- Prepare meeting minutes and monitor follow-up actions.
- Organize programme documentation and filing systems.
- Communicate with partners, beneficiaries, and external stakeholders.
- Conduct research on entrepreneurship, SME financing, and international development.
Required Qualifications
