BGFI Bank Cameroun has announced a new recruitment opportunity within its Retail Banking Division. The bank is seeking an experienced Chargé de Relation Clientèle PME / PMI to strengthen its team and support the growth of its small and medium-sized enterprise (SME) customer portfolio.

This position is ideal for professionals with experience in corporate banking, financial analysis, or credit analysis who are looking to advance their careers in one of Central Africa’s leading banking groups.

Position Details

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Prospecting and acquiring new SME clients.
  • Managing and developing an existing client portfolio.
  • Building and maintaining strong customer relationships.
  • Studying and analyzing financing requests.
  • Marketing and selling banking products and services.
  • Managing administrative customer files.
  • Supervising junior team members.
  • Preparing regular activity reports.
  • Ensuring compliance with Anti-Money Laundering and Counter-Terrorism Financing (AML/CFT) procedures.

Required Experience

    • Credit Analyst.

Educational Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (Bac+4/5) in:

    • Commercial Management
    • Financial Analysis

Additional banking qualifications such as ITB, BBS, or an equivalent certification will be an advantage.
