LMT Group Axess S.A. is recruiting Customer Advisors (Inbound Calls – Fulfulde Speakers) to join its customer service team in Yaoundé, Cameroon. Key Responsibilities

Successful candidates will be responsible for:

  • Managing inbound customer calls on a 7-day rotating schedule.
  • Identifying customer needs and providing appropriate assistance.
  • Delivering excellent customer service.
  • Following up on customer requests.
  • Escalating relevant information when necessary.
  • Representing the company professionally during every interaction.

Required Qualifications

Applicants should possess:

  • A minimum of BAC +2 qualification in any field.
  • Excellent spoken French and English.
  • Fluency in Fulfulde (or another local language from the Grand North region).
  • Strong verbal communication skills.
  • Good grammar and language proficiency.
  • A typing speed of at least 25 words per minute.
