Main Responsibilities

The successful AWS Cloud Architect will be responsible for:

  • Advising clients on AWS adoption and cloud deployment strategies.
  • Developing IT strategies, opportunity studies, audits, frameworks and cloud roadmaps.
  • Designing AWS solution platforms using Serverless, Analytics, IoT, EKS and other AWS services.
  • Supporting both native cloud and hybrid cloud environments.
  • Designing and implementing on-premises-to-cloud migration solutions.
  • Building and optimizing infrastructure automation systems.

Required Qualifications

Applicants should have:

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Cloud Computing or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in cloud solutions or technical architecture.
  • Hands-on experience with AWS cloud containers, particularly Amazon EKS.
  • Strong knowledge of Docker and Kubernetes.
  • Experience with cloud migration from on-premises infrastructure.
  • Experience with Infrastructure as Code tools such as AWS CloudFormation and Terraform.
  • Programming and automation experience with Bash, Python or similar scripting languages.
