The successful candidate will contribute to the development and implementation of recruitment strategies while ensuring that new employees experience an effective onboarding process.

Main Responsibilities

According to the recruitment poster, the Talent Acquisition & Onboarding Specialist will be responsible for several important HR activities.

  • Developing and managing recruitment plans in collaboration with HR Business Partners.

Profile Required

BRAIN RH is looking for a candidate with a Bac+3 minimum in one of the following areas:

  • Human Resources;
  • Psychology;
  • Business Administration;
  • Communication; or
  • Another equivalent field.

An HR certification is considered an advantage.

Candidates should have 3 to 5 years of experience in recruitment or HR management, preferably within an international or large-scale environment.

The recruitment poster also indicates that applicants should have strong knowledge of the complete recruitment cycle, from sourcing to integration.

Experience with HRIS/HRMS and recruitment tools is required. Familiarity with platforms such as Oracle Recruiting Cloud, Oracle EBS or equivalent systems can be valuable.

Excellent English-language proficiency is required, while knowledge of a local language is considered an additional asset.
