Key Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be responsible for the commercial distribution of INOVA FOOD products throughout Douala.
Her main duties will include:
- Distributing INOVA FOOD bakery products to customers using a tricycle.
- Developing and maintaining a strong customer portfolio.
- Identifying and prospecting new points of sale.
- Following up on customer orders and deliveries.
- Maintaining good relationships with existing customers.
Requirements
INOVA FOOD is looking for a female candidate between 25 and 40 years old who meets the following requirements:
- At least 2 years of experience in field sales.
- Good knowledge of the Douala market.
- Valid Category A and B driving licences.
- Ability to operate a tricycle.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good negotiation and persuasion abilities.
