Main Responsibilities

  • Organize and coordinate delivery operations.
  • Manage the reception, collection, and shipment of goods.
  • Check quantities, prices, suppliers, and shipment information.
  • Enter and monitor partner orders using digital tools.
  • Supervise couriers and monitor parcel deliveries.
  • Track completed, delayed, and undelivered shipments
  • Communicate with partners to resolve operational discrepancies.
  • Contribute to improving operational procedures.
  • Implement continuous improvement initiatives.

Required Profile

Candidates should have:

  • A Bac+2 qualification or equivalent.
  • Less than 2 years of experience; beginners can apply.
  • Previous team supervision or transport experience is an advantage.
  • Strong organizational and priority-management skills.
  • Good communication and customer-service abilities.
  • Dynamism, responsiveness, and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work in the field.
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, Internet, and other computer tools.
