Accounting Internship Main Responsibilities

The selected candidate will assist the finance department with:

  • Monitoring financial flows and treasury operations.
  • Preparing bank reconciliation statements.
  • Supporting cash closing procedures.
  • Checking supplier invoices and supporting documents.
  • Assisting with supplier payments.
  • Supporting tax and social contribution-related activities.
  • Assisting with budget preparation and activity budgets.
  • Preparing advance and payment requests.
  • Contributing to periodic financial reports.
  • Supporting annual accounting activities and inventories.
  • Recording, numbering, classifying, and archiving accounting documents.
  • Performing other administrative and accounting duties assigned by management.

Accounting Internship Required Profile

Candidates should have:

  • A Bachelor’s degree or ongoing studies in Accounting, Finance, Management, Taxation, or a related field.
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
  • Knowledge of accounting software such as Sage or QuickBooks is an advantage.
  • Good analytical and organizational skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and professional discretion.
  • Ability to work effectively within a team.
  • A willingness to learn and develop professionally.
