Main Responsibilities

The intern will:

  • Support the development and implementation of PMEL systems and tools.
  • Assist with data collection, analysis, reporting and programme monitoring.
  • Support the Senior M&E Advisor with PMEL training and technical activities.
  • Contribute to project evaluations and data-quality reviews.
  • Support field projects and community-based conservation activities.
  • Assist with capacity-building plans and PMEL reporting.
  • Contribute to the preparation and improvement of project proposals and technical documents.

Requirements

Applicants should have:

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Biology, Social Sciences, Development, Conservation or a related field.
  • Strong analytical and data-analysis skills.
  • Good communication and teamwork abilities.
  • Good organizational and computer skills.
  • The ability to work in a dynamic environment and manage multiple tasks.
  • An understanding of the local cultural and social context.
