The Opportunity

We are looking for ambitious, digitally skilled Recruitment Consultants / Headhunters ready to operate with autonomy, build their own pipeline, and generate revenue through successful placements.

This role is ideal for individuals who combine commercial instinct, recruitment expertise, and digital agility.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, approach, and engage high-quality candidates across targeted industries
  • Develop and onboard companies with active recruitment needs
  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle (sourcing → screening → placement → follow-up)
  • Publish and continuously update job opportunities on the platform
  • Optimize job postings to maximize visibility and candidate engagement
  • Build and manage your own portfolio of clients and candidates
  • Drive consistent placements and revenue generation

Compensation Structure

Performance-Based Earnings

  • 10% – 30% commission per successful placement
  • No fixed salary – unlimited earning potential
  • Income generated exclusively from closed placements

Ideal Profile

  • Background in recruitment, HR, sales, or business development
  • Strong digital capabilities (job platforms, CRM tools, LinkedIn sourcing, online content management)
  • Ability to create, manage, and optimize job postings independently
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
