I. Job Purpose

As a Relationship Manager – Advantage Banking, you will:

  • Deliver high-quality service and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Develop and manage client relationships to meet growth and retention targets.
  • Achieve individual targets for deposit growth, revenue, PBT, product sales, and new client acquisitions.

II. Key Responsibilities

Customer Relationship Management

  • Proactively develop client relationships, anticipate needs, and provide tailored solutions.
  • Ensure client instructions are accurately implemented, adhering to internal checks and controls.
  • Resolve client queries in coordination with other departments to ensure satisfaction.

Business & Financial Performance

  • Track and report on portfolio performance weekly.
  • Achieve growth and profitability targets for the Advantage Banking portfolio.

Customer Excellence & Strategic Initiatives

  • Promote migration of Advantage customers to digital channels.
  • Maintain high service standards in collaboration with the Customer Service Unit (CSU).

Leadership and Compliance

  • Adhere to Operational Risk and Compliance guidelines, including KYC and anti-money laundering measures.
  • Manage credit portfolios with a focus on maintaining non-performing loans (NPL) below 3%.

Operational Performance

  • Provide timely management reports, including sales trackers and performance indicators.
  • Drive strategic initiatives to support Advantage Banking growth.

III. Job Scale

Reports directly to the Head of Advantage Banking.


IV. Job Profile

Experience & Education

  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in consumer banking or a related line of business.
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Marketing, or related fields.

  • Strong customer and market orientation.
  • Excellent networking and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to establish direction and execute effectively.
  • Results-driven with strong communication and influencing abilities.
  • Punctuality and a high level of professionalism.
