Key Responsibilities

Successful candidates will be expected to:

Required Qualifications

Applicants should possess:

• A minimum of BAC+2 in:
  • Economics
  • Finance
  • Management
  • Accounting
  • Marketing
• At least one year of experience in a similar commercial position.
• Previous experience in the microfinance sector is an advantage.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
• Results-oriented mindset.
• Ability to work under pressure and achieve sales targets.
