Key Responsibilities
The successful candidate will divide responsibilities between network support (70%) and statistical analysis (30%).
Network Support (70%)
Responsibilities include:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with partner hospitals.
- Coordinate communication between healthcare providers and WTW.
- Resolve technical and administrative issues related to hospital partnerships.
- Improve insured patient management processes with partner hospitals.
- Coordinate medical teams alongside the Network Manager.
- Manage and maintain IT infrastructure supporting healthcare partnerships.
- Troubleshoot technical issues affecting partner IT systems.
Statistical Analysis (30%)
The role also involves:
- Collecting and analyzing healthcare data.
- Interpreting statistical information to support business decisions.
- Developing predictive statistical models for healthcare trends and risks.
- Producing detailed analytical reports.
- Creating data visualizations for stakeholders.
- Collaborating with the statistics team on reporting initiatives.
Innovation and Continuous Improvement
The Analyste IT en Assurance will also:
