Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will divide responsibilities between network support (70%) and statistical analysis (30%).

Network Support (70%)

Responsibilities include:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with partner hospitals.
• Coordinate communication between healthcare providers and WTW.
• Resolve technical and administrative issues related to hospital partnerships.
• Improve insured patient management processes with partner hospitals.
• Coordinate medical teams alongside the Network Manager.
• Manage and maintain IT infrastructure supporting healthcare partnerships.
• Troubleshoot technical issues affecting partner IT systems.

Statistical Analysis (30%)

The role also involves:

• Collecting and analyzing healthcare data.
• Interpreting statistical information to support business decisions.
• Developing predictive statistical models for healthcare trends and risks.
• Producing detailed analytical reports.
• Creating data visualizations for stakeholders.
• Collaborating with the statistics team on reporting initiatives.
