About the Position

FCI Placement is seeking a dynamic HR professional to lead its recruitment and temporary staffing agency. The successful candidate will oversee the firm’s strategic, operational, and commercial activities while ensuring high-quality recruitment and staffing services for partner organizations.

The role combines human resource management, client relationship management, recruitment operations, and business development.

Key Responsibilities

As the Manager Personnel Placement & Temporary Staffing, you will:

  • Develop and expand the company’s client portfolio.
  • Prospect new corporate clients and negotiate partnerships.
  • Identify recruitment needs for client organizations.
  • Supervise recruitment, selection, and employee placement processes.
  • Manage temporary staffing assignments and monitor placed employees.
  • Lead and supervise the placement agency team.
  • Develop commercial and marketing strategies.
  • Strengthen relationships with existing clients.
  • Prepare operational reports and performance indicators.
  • Represent the company before partners and institutions.

Required Qualifications

Applicants should possess:

  • Bachelor’s Degree (Bac+3) in Human Resource Management.
  • At least 2 years of professional experience in:
    • Human Resources
    • Recruitment
    • Personnel placement
    • Temporary staffing
  • Strong knowledge of recruitment and personnel management.
  • Commercial development and marketing skills.
  • Good computer proficiency.
