Premium Cash Assistant – Cameroon
The Premium Cash Assistant will serve as an important point of contact for Wave customers and agents. Working under the supervision of a Premium Cash Officer, the successful candidate will help manage liquidity, cash transactions and daily reconciliation activities.
The position involves assisting nearby agents with deposits and withdrawals, supporting customers with Wave products and services, helping with account opening and explaining how the Wave application and physical card work.
The successful candidate will also maintain daily reconciliation of premium points and ensure that cash-management transactions are properly recorded in the treasury system. Any discrepancies or operational difficulties must be reported promptly to the Premium Cash Officer.
Who Can Apply?
Wave is looking for candidates with at least two years of experience in cashiering, cash management, reconciliation, liquidity management, cash handling or delivery.
Applicants should have a Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Mathematics or an equivalent field. Strong French proficiency is required because of the customer-facing nature of the position.
Previous experience in front-office customer service or banking will be valuable. Candidates should also demonstrate vigilance, attention to detail and a high level of integrity.
