 Job Responsibilities

The selected candidate will be responsible for:

  • Developing and managing an editorial calendar.
  • Creating engaging text, visual and short-video content.
  • Designing simple social media visuals using Canva.
  • Managing Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn and TikTok accounts.
  • Responding professionally to comments, messages and mentions.
  • Redirecting prospects to the customer relations team when necessary.
  • Monitoring follower growth, engagement rates and publication reach.
  • Preparing weekly and monthly social media performance reports.
  • Updating performance tracking files using Google Sheets.

Profile Required
