Key Responsibilities
As an Account Manager, your responsibilities will include:
- Managing and growing a portfolio of banks and microfinance institutions.
- Building relationships with CIOs, CTOs, business heads and executive management.
- Identifying cross-selling and up-selling opportunities.

Candidate Requirements

SBS requires at least 10 years of experience selling software solutions to financial institutions, particularly banks and microfinance institutions. Candidates should also demonstrate a proven record in account management and revenue growth.
Knowledge of core banking or digital banking solutions is important. Experience in Africa, particularly the CEMAC region, will also be valuable.
