Job Summary

Main Responsibilities

The selected candidate will be responsible for:

  • Managing general and analytical accounting.
  • Recording and monitoring accounting transactions according to company procedures.
  • Performing bank reconciliations and treasury monitoring.
  • Preparing financial statements, trial balances, ledgers, and periodic accounting reports.
  • Preparing tax and social security declarations.
  • Participating in monthly and annual closing activities.
  • Collaborating with statutory auditors and tax authorities.
  • Ensuring compliance with OHADA/CIMA accounting standards and internal procedures.

Required Qualifications

Applicants should meet the following requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree (Bac+3 minimum) in Accounting, Finance, or Management.
  • 3 to 5 years of professional experience in a non-life insurance company (IARD) or an accounting firm.
  • Good knowledge of OHADA and CIMA accounting standards.
  • Strong understanding of tax and social security regulations.
  • Excellent analytical and organizational skills.
