Key Responsibilities for Agent Commercial Douala
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Welcoming and assisting new Jovendo sellers.
- Explaining how the platform works and helping sellers make their first product shares.
- Following up with inactive sellers and encouraging them to resume their activities.
- Monitoring orders placed through the platform.
- Contacting customers to confirm or complete orders when necessary.
- Following orders through to delivery.
Candidate Profile to Agent Commercial Douala
MERITA is looking for someone who is:
- Dynamic, serious and proactive.
- Comfortable communicating with customers and sellers.
- At ease using WhatsApp and mobile applications.
- Organized and capable of managing several tasks.
