CloudOver is recruiting an experienced Responsable de Centre de Formation & Développement Commercial to lead its IT training center in Douala, Cameroon. This strategic leadership position combines training center management with business development, making it an excellent opportunity for senior professionals with expertise in IT education, commercial growth, and organizational leadership.

CloudOver is seeking a results-driven professional who can expand its training offerings while developing new business partnerships across Cameroon.
About the Position
The successful candidate will oversee the daily operations of the training center while driving commercial growth through new client acquisition and strategic partnerships.
This role requires strong leadership, business development expertise, and a deep understanding of the IT training industry.
Key Responsibilities
Training Center Management
- Design and continuously improve the training catalog covering:
- Cloud Computing
- Cybersecurity
- Microsoft 365
- Systems & Networks
- Recruit, supervise, and coordinate a pool of qualified trainers.
- Ensure high teaching quality and learner satisfaction.
- Monitor certification success rates.
- Manage budgets, profitability, enrollment rates, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
Business Development
- Identify and acquire new B2B clients.
- Build strategic partnerships with organizations.
- Engage with CIOs (DSI), HR Directors, and executive management.
- Develop commercial strategies that increase the training center’s revenue.
- Contribute to the long-term growth of CloudOver’s training business.
Required Qualifications
Applicants should possess:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (Bac+4/5) in:
- Information Technology
- Computer Networks
- Educational Engineering
- Business Management
- Commerce with strong IT knowledge
- Minimum 10 years of experience managing a technology training center.
- Proven experience in B2B business development within the IT sector.
- Demonstrated success in:
- Revenue growth
- Winning new corporate clients
- Securing strategic partnerships
- Active professional certifications are highly valued.
- Fluent French is mandatory.
- Strong professional English is considered a major advantage.
