Main Responsibilities

As a Customer Care Officer, you will serve as the primary link between customers and the company’s internal departments.

Your responsibilities include:

  • Ensuring customer satisfaction through efficient order management.
  • Following up on customer orders from processing to delivery.
  • Managing customer complaints professionally and promptly.
  • Coordinating with the Commercial, Supply Chain, and Finance departments.

Required Qualifications

To qualify for this role, candidates should meet the following requirements:

Education

  • BTS or Bachelor’s Degree in:
    • Commerce
    • Business Administration
    • Communication
    • Management
    • Or an equivalent qualification

Experience

  • Between 1 and 4 years of experience in:
    • Customer Service
    • Sales Administration
    • Customer Support
    • Commercial Administration

Experience in the agro-food sector or trading industry will be considered an advantage.

Skills Required
