About the African Builders Program
The African Builders Program is a three-year career development pathway preparing graduates for future HSE management responsibilities. Participants will work across road construction, civil engineering and hydraulic projects while gaining practical experience through different assignments and countries.

Key Responsibilities
The successful graduate will progressively take responsibility for HSE activities on construction projects and will be expected to:
