General Objective

The main objective of this assignment is to improve the competence of the sales force to increase the average basket value and achieve greater customer loyalty.

Key Responsibilities

The Specialist / Trainer in Dermocosmetology will be responsible for the following activities:

• Conduct a preliminary assessment before each training session to identify learners’ needs and existing knowledge.
• Facilitate training workshops on skin analysis, skin types and specialties, product formulation, and sales and customer advisory techniques, ensuring user safety.
• Enable trainees to independently assess skin conditions and recommend appropriate dermocosmetic care protocols.
• Develop training modules covering skin anatomy and physiology, skin types, skin pathologies, toxicology, fundamental formulation concepts, product composition, key cosmetic active ingredients and their uses, sales techniques, customer advice, and applicable regulations.
• Address frequently asked customer objections through practical, relevant case studies.
• Conduct immediate post-training evaluations and prepare an overall pedagogical report with areas for improvement.
• Analyze participant satisfaction questionnaires and measure improvements in professional competencies.
• Develop and update educational materials, including learning materials, product prescription guides, cosmetic active ingredient sheets, pathology reference sheets, ready-to-use diagnostic grids, and other training resources.
• Provide diagnostic tools, including skin analyzers, product samples for testing, and dynamic and physical visual teaching materials for each training session.
• Propose practical initiatives to strengthen customer loyalty in both urban and rural areas.

Required Qualifications and Experience
