Main Responsibilities

The successful candidate will:

  • Prospect and attract new customers around the agency.
  • Develop daily sales activities.
  • Welcome and assist customers professionally.
  • Explain Lapaire’s products and services.
  • Advise customers on eyeglass frames and lenses.
  • Maintain customer relationships until product delivery.
  • Register customers and sales in the CRM system.
  • Participate in customer payments.
  • Keep the agency clean and well organized.
  • Achieve daily sales and revenue targets.
  • Improve customer conversion rates.
  • Follow company procedures and reporting processes.

Candidate Profile

Applicants should have:

  • BAC or BT in Commercial Management or a related field.
  • Experience in sales or customer service is an advantage.
