Key Responsibilities

  • Review, draft, and negotiate commercial contracts in French and English.
  • Identify and mitigate contractual and legal risks.
  • Review agreements related to oilfield services and equipment.
  • Handle master service agreements, pricing agreements, tenders, bids, NDAs, subcontracts, software licenses, and other commercial agreements.

  • Applicable license to practice law.
  • Fluency in both French and English, written and spoken.
  • Experience supporting a global business.
  • Strong understanding of contract law and legal risk exposure.
  • Ability to advise business leaders on legal and contractual matters.
  • Excellent analytical, writing, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple matters simultaneously.
  • Strong interpersonal and leadership skills.
  • Ability to simplify complex legal issues and communicate them clearly.
