Maersk Learning and Development Senior Specialist Job 2026
The successful candidate will lead and support learning and development initiatives across the Area CX organisation. The role involves collaborating with regional and global stakeholders to develop employee capabilities and implement effective learning strategies.
This is a full-time, on-site opportunity in a multinational Global 500 company. The successful candidate will work with colleagues across different countries and gain valuable exposure to international learning and development practices.
Key Responsibilities
The Learning and Development Senior Specialist will be responsible for:
- Developing and executing the Learning and Development strategy and roadmap.
- Conducting competency assessments and identifying capability gaps.
- Designing and delivering learning and development programmes.
- Collaborating with global L&D teams, learning academies, and subject matter experts.
- Supporting onboarding, upskilling, and reskilling initiatives.
- Acting as a trainer and facilitator for Area CX teams.
- Establishing methods to evaluate learning performance and knowledge transfer.
- Measuring the impact of learning initiatives on business performance.
- Promoting a culture of continuous learning within the organisation.
- Managing learning communications and content repositories.
- Supporting learning-related budget activities across the Area CX organisation.
