BIOPHARMA Hiring: Mechanical Workshop & Maintenance Manager in Douala

Key Requirements of Mechanical Maintenance

  • Bac+2/3 in Mechanical Engineering, Maintenance, Industrial Maintenance, Plastics Engineering, or equivalent.
  • 5–10 years of professional experience in mechanical tooling, industrial maintenance, or plastics manufacturing.
  • At least 3 years of management experience.
  • Strong knowledge of mechanical fabrication, machining, welding, tooling and mould maintenance.
  • Experience with preventive and corrective maintenance.

Main Responsibilities for the Mechanical Maintenance

The successful candidate will:

  • Organize and supervise mechanical fabrication and tooling maintenance activities.
  • Manage a multidisciplinary team of 7 employees.
  • Coordinate with the GMAO technician.
  • Design or modify production components.
  • Ensure the availability and compliance of injection and blow-moulding equipment.
