About the NOETIX Robotics VLA Algorithm Engineer Job
The NOETIX Robotics VLA Algorithm Engineer will contribute to the development of advanced Vision-Language-Action models designed for embodied AI applications. The role involves working across the complete research and engineering lifecycle, including data collection, model training, testing and deployment on real robots.
The successful candidate will also participate in building and optimizing VLA model training infrastructure. This includes distributed training frameworks and data-processing pipelines that support large-scale model development.
Another important responsibility will be following advances in embodied AI and continuously improving algorithms. Candidates should be capable of reproducing state-of-the-art algorithms, optimizing existing approaches and converting research ideas into practical engineering solutions.
