PAL SERVICES, a Cameroonian company specializing in Management, Marketing, Supply Chain, and Trading, is recruiting two (02) Commercial Chargé(e)s to strengthen its commercial team.

This opportunity is ideal for experienced sales professionals with a strong knowledge of the Cameroonian market and a passion for business development.

Main Responsibilities

The successful candidates will be responsible for:

  • Prospecting and developing a customer portfolio including wholesalers, semi-wholesalers, supermarkets, institutions, and retailers.
  • Negotiating and closing sales contracts.
  • Following customer orders through delivery.
  • Building customer loyalty and collecting market intelligence.
  • Achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Working closely with the warehouse team in Yaoundé and operations team in Douala.

Required Profile

Applicants should possess:

  • 2–3 years of experience in sales or trading of FMCG or food products.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and persuasion skills.
  • Good understanding of the Cameroonian market and distribution networks.
  • Excellent written and spoken French.
  • English is an advantage.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and smartphone tools (including WhatsApp Business).
  • Integrity, autonomy, organization, and a strong sense of responsibility.
  • Availability for frequent travel.
  • A valid driver’s license and personal vehicle (highly desirable).
