Key Responsibilities of the Legal and Tax Intern
The selected intern will contribute to various legal and tax assignments, including:
- Preparing legal and tax opinions for client-related issues.
- Supporting legal, tax, and social audits of companies.

- Supporting procedures related to tax, customs, social security, and commercial authorities.
- Assisting companies with incorporation, restructuring, closure procedures, and corporate secretarial activities.

- Preparing training materials, newsletters, articles, and legal updates.
Through these responsibilities, the intern will develop practical skills in business law, taxation, compliance, and client advisory.
Qualifications Required for the Deloitte Legal and Tax Internship

- Minimum qualification: Master 2 degree (Bac +5), DJCE, or law graduate preparing for professional qualification.
- Strong knowledge of:
