About the Position

As the Finance and Administration Manager, you will oversee all finance and administrative activities across UCB centers. Your responsibilities will include supervising financial transactions, managing budgets, maintaining accounting records, strengthening internal controls, and ensuring compliance with company policies and reporting requirements.

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Monitoring operational variances and recommending corrective actions.
  • Preparing accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports within established deadlines.

Required Qualifications

Applicants should possess:

  • A degree in Accounting, Commerce, Finance, or a related discipline.
  • Professional certifications such as ACCA, CIS, CIMA, CA, or an equivalent qualification.
  • At least three (3) years of experience in a similar finance or administration management role.
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles, budgeting, financial reporting, and cost management.
  • Proficiency in accounting software and financial management systems.
