Administrative, Logistics & Project Support Expert – NTU International
NTU International is recruiting an Administrative, Logistics & Project Support Expert in Yaoundé, Cameroon. The position will support the implementation of the Africa-EU Space Partnership Programme – AESPP Boost, providing administrative, logistical, operational and project support.
The successful candidate will contribute to project administration, contract and activity monitoring, financial reporting support, meetings, workshops, webinars, missions and other programme activities.

Candidate Profile
The ideal candidate should have experience in project administration, logistics, operational support or project monitoring. Experience working on donor-funded or international development programmes will be particularly relevant.
Candidates should demonstrate strong organisational and coordination abilities, together with excellent English communication skills.
Administrative Logistics Project Requirements
- University degree of at least three years in Administration, Project Management, Finance, Communication, Social Sciences or a related discipline.
- Alternatively, candidates without the required degree may qualify with three additional years of relevant professional experience.
- Minimum 3 years of professional experience in project administration, contract and project monitoring, logistics and/or operational support.
- At least 1 year of specific experience supporting donor-funded or international programmes.
- Experience with contract and activity monitoring.
- Experience supporting financial reporting.
- Experience organising meetings, webinars, workshops, missions and/or events.
- Excellent command of English.
- Working knowledge of French and/or Portuguese is an advantage.
- Previous experience in Africa is considered an asset.
Administrative Logistics Project Responsibilities
- Provide administrative, logistical and operational support for the AESPP Boost programme.
- Support contract and activity monitoring throughout project implementation.
- Assist with financial reporting and project documentation.
- Organise and coordinate meetings, webinars, workshops, missions and events.
- Support the planning and coordination of project-related activities and logistics.
- Assist the project team with day-to-day administrative and operational tasks.
- Contribute to the smooth implementation and coordination of programme activities involving international and African stakeholders.
