Main Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for driving commercial planning and activation strategies that support UCB’s sales objectives.

Key duties include:

  • Taking full responsibility for the planning and execution of world-class BTL (Below-The-Line) and TTL (Through-The-Line) commercial activation programs.
  • Ensuring activation plans are delivered according to OTIFNE (On Time, In Full, No Error) standards.
  • Supporting the achievement of UCB’s commercial and sales objectives through effective planning.
  • Contributing to the Joint Business Planning (JUBP) process.
  • Collaborating closely with the Marketing, Sales, Finance, and Field teams.
  • Providing commercial insights based on customer knowledge and market analysis.
  • Supporting strategic business planning initiatives.
  • Improving activation effectiveness and commercial execution.
