About the Ericsson Product Trainer Job in Douala

As a Product Trainer, you will play an important role in helping customers and employees understand and effectively use Ericsson products. The position requires a strong passion for teaching, coaching, communication, and customer engagement.

The successful candidate will deliver instructor-led training sessions for customers, both on-site and virtually. You will also facilitate internal workshops designed to improve product knowledge across different teams.

A major part of the role involves developing and updating training materials, presentations, user guides, and other learning resources. The Product Trainer will also manage and maintain the Learning Management System (LMS), ensuring that training content remains accurate, accessible, and current.

The role will involve close collaboration with Product, Engineering, Delivery, and Customer Success teams. This collaboration will help ensure that new product features and enhancements are properly reflected in training programs.

Key Responsibilities

• Delivering engaging training sessions on the Ericsson Wallet Platform.
• Training customers through on-site and virtual sessions.

Required Qualifications and Skills
