Assistant Statisticien Job Responsibilities
The Assistant Statisticien will support several important operational activities. Key responsibilities include:
- Checking the COGI error journal for items requiring attention.
- Comparing system data entered by the Chinese team with quantities physically received at the warehouse.
- Checking semi-finished products in intermediate storage areas.
- Identifying abnormal losses outside the ±10% range, with particular attention to losses exceeding ±20%.
- Monitoring material costs outside the ±10% range and investigating those exceeding ±20%.
- Preparing receiving lists based on production plans.
- Comparing actual material receipts with planned quantities.
- Analyzing the consistency between material receipts and daily production reports.
- Reviewing emergency material-receipt cases.
- Recording stock entries according to production plans.
- Monitoring normal and exceptional production activities.
