Key Responsibilities

As the Product Owner, you will:

  • Define and prioritize the product roadmap.
  • Gather and analyze business requirements.
  • Write detailed user stories.
  • Manage and prioritize the product backlog.
  • Coordinate between development teams and business stakeholders.
  • Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
  • Validate product deliverables.
  • Ensure an excellent user experience.
  • Balance business, technical, and risk requirements during product decisions.

Required Qualifications

Applicants should have:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (Bac+4/5) in Product Management, Software Engineering, or Digital Project Management.
  • At least 5 years of experience in product management.
  • Previous experience with CRM or fintech products.
  • Strong product management skills.
  • Experience defining product roadmaps.
  • Expertise in backlog management.
  • Excellent analytical and business analysis skills.
  • Good understanding of software development processes.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with technical teams.
  • Experience working in Agile environments.
  • Ability to balance commercial, technical, and risk priorities.
  • Familiarity with no-code or low-code tools.
  • Strong autonomy, accountability, and interest in digital financial services.
